Timloc Plain Tile Vent Terracotta features a fantastic design that channels rainwater back onto the roof tiles, preventing structural damage.

  • Free ventilation area of 7,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion

Timloc Plain Tile Vent Terracotta are crafted for long-lasting application, removing the need for a replacement. It is injection moulded polypropylene with UV Stabilised on the top. This enables the product to resist any forms of decay and be resilient to discolouration.
