If you’re looking to install polycarbonate glazing sheets, at ERoofing we stock a full complement of Clear Amber’s Axgard. Available in lengths from 2mm to 12mm. Axgard is practically indistinguishable from glass yet 200 times stronger. Axgard also provides superior insulation. 

Polycarbonate Solid Sheets are so durable that they are frequently used as outer glazing in public buildings and in other dangerous places like bus shelters. Thicker panes of polycarbonate are more rigid, durable and provide superior insulation. On the other hand, thinner panes are flexible and more cost effective. 

These glazing sheets are particularly useful for secondary glazing. A double glazing installation using glass inside and Axgard outside provides significantly more insulation than if two glass panes are used. 

2mm and 3mm Axgard can be used alongside Clear Amber’s superb Sekosnap line of glazing bars to easily install them as secondary glazing. They are even detachable for cleaning purposes.
