Bond It Stain Block - 400ml Off White

Preparation

Prepare the surfaces before application, and remove any contaminants that are present, this includes dust, oil and grease. Suppose the application area has imperfections on the surface, for example, cracks or holes. In that case, you must repair this before applying the coat.

Application

1. Ensure the area of application is well-ventilated. Shake the can until the mixing ball rattles back and forth for at least 1-2 minutes.
2. Spray directly onto the surface, applying the coat evenly, holding the can about 20-30cm away from the surface.
3. Apply 2-3 coats depending on the stain; give around 15 minutes between each coat.
4. Depending on the environment and porosity of the surface will affect the drying time. Despite that, it takes about 2 hours on average for the surface to be prepared for decoration.

Limitations

You should not apply this product whilst the temperature is below 10°C or on a surface with an RH reading of 90% or above.

Coverage

One 400ml can cover 0.75m² dependent on the porosity of the surface.
