Uses
The 401 Brick & Patio Cleaner by Everbuild is a potent, high-performance mortar and cement stain remover that acts quickly and effectively on most mineral surfaces. It utilises its solvent-free, acid-based formula, which combats any ingrained dirt or stains, leaving a clean stainless surface. Applications this product has typically been used in include;
- Cleaning stains from brickwork, concrete, stone and earthenware
- Cleans stains from patios and driveways
- Cleans garage and factory floors
Preparation
Before starting the application, slightly moisten the surface you intend to apply the 401 Brick & Patio Cleaner.
Application
- This product is ready-mixed and should not be diluted.
- Protect and mask any surfaces near you don't want to damage
- Any organic growth, plants, ponds, swimming pools, etc, must be protected.
- Apply to the surface by brush or spray, saturating and leaving it for 15 - 20 minutes.
- After the time has passed, use a hard, stiff bristle brush to remove the stain.
- Afterwards, wash down the area with water, ideally using a hose.
Limitations and Notes
- Ensure the container is kept upright position whilst storing or transporting it.
- Dispose of the product content or packaging appropriately, and contact your local council for advice.
- This product is crafted for exterior use; interior use isn't recommended and, if completed, is at the user's discretion.
- Always surfaces down after treatment.
- Protect plants, organic growth, ponds, swimming pools, and anything that can inadvertently harm life.
- Sensitive surfaces should have preliminary tests completed to ensure compatibility.
