Everbuild Pro Fill - Light Grey 500g

Uses

The Pro-Fill by Everbuild is an excellent, high-performance 2-part filler that provides outstanding filling properties with a composite that, once cured, is resistant to oil, water and impacts. This multi-purpose filler consists of a grey-coloured polyester paste mixed with a Benzoyl Peroxide hardener, creating an almost unbreakable bond. It forms a solid hard mass that offers excellent resistance to abrasion and overall durability. Applications this product is typically applied in include;

• Repairing cracks in wood, metal, GRP and concrete
• Filling holes in damaged timber or metal shuttering
• Used for joinery, decorating and building applications

Preparation

All surfaces to be filled should be prepared before application. Start by cleaning the substrate, ensuring it's sound and free from contaminants, including dirt, dust, sawdust, grease, oil, etc. You should dampen the surface with a solvent system.

Application

1. Before filling, thoroughly mix the Fill Paste (Golf Ball-Sized amount) with the Everbuild wood hardener (Pea-Sized amount).
2. Ensure that it's mixed, scraping it clear from the mixing board.
3. Create the desired shape and place it directly to the gap, leaving it proud of the surface and subsequently allowing sanding to occur.

Limitations and Notes

• Do not use this product on bitumen or asphalt surfaces.
• This product should not be applied to surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers.
• Do not apply when the surface or ambient temperature is below 5°C.
• This product should not be used in areas that experience excessive movement.
• Note you should mix 100 parts paste to 2 parts hardener w/w.
