Preparation

Before you start the project, it is essential to prepare it first. You should observe the wood, and if you still need to sand it down, you should proceed to do this with 120-grit sandpaper. Lightly sand the surface, working the wood, especially in rougher areas and bringing it to a nice, even finish. After sanding, let the dust settle and wipe it away with a white spirit and a cloth. You might find knots in your wood, which can ruin paint jobs as they typically darken and show through the paint, but you can use a knot blocker to prevent this. After you've prepared the wood, prime it using a wood primer, aiding the White One Coat Paint to achieve an optimal finish.

Application

1. This paint doesn't require any stirring. However, a little never hurts
2. After you've stirred it, use a synthetic brush and dip it into the paint
3. Apply a generous coat to the wood, brushing in the direction of the grain
4. After two hours, the paint will be touch-dry
