Uses

The Soudal Pro 30D Waterproof Wood Adhesive - 750g is a high-quality PVA-based adhesive that delivers a strong, durable bond and dries to a transparent finish. It offers excellent resistance to water and high temperatures, making it ideal for high-humidity areas.

This adhesive provides unmatched strength and works well in interior spaces exposed to short-term water contact. It’s perfect for rooms with high humidity, exterior areas not exposed to weathering, manufacturing doors and windows, and bonding wooden substrates.

Preparation

Before commencing the application, ensure the surface is free from contaminants that can interfere with the bonding process. This includes dirt, dust, grease, oil, organic growth, flaking material and loose debris. Slightly abrading non-porous surfaces enhance the adhesive performance.

Application

1. Apply the adhesive via brush, trowel or machine to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
2. Bring both surfaces together and clamp securely for 1 to 2 hours, this can vary depending on different substrates of timber.

Limitations and Notes

• It's important to note that this product can cause discolouration on certain woods, some of which include cherry and beech.
• Do not dilute the adhesive; it is ready to use.
