The One Coat Roof Seal by Thompson's delivers excellent protection for your roof. It has been brewed by the scientist at Thompson's to provide long-lasting, durable protection that won't crack or warp in just one coat. Thompson's scientists achieved this by using a flexible membrane inside the paint, allowing a natural movement on the roof. They have infused the composite of this formula with added fibres, providing superior tensile strength and allowing it to bridge gaps, guaranteeing a complete waterproof finish. Preparation
Prepare the surface before starting the application. Complete this by removing all contaminants that can hinder the sealer. You should remove any organic growth present, and you can achieve this by using a dedicated cleaner to kill them thoroughly. If your surface has flaking loose bits, you should remove it with a stiff brush.
Application
- Using a brush, roller or soft broom, dip it into the paint or pour the paint into a tray and dip it into that.
- Apply the paint to the surface, ensuring an even thick spread across; otherwise, it will only work if it is thick enough.
- Allow 24 hours for the surface to dry and reach its optimal benefits.
