The Drill Vent by Timloc is a cavity ventilator and drainage weeps ideal for retrofitting with a quick and easy application; it offers efficient airflow properties and has integral curved louvres to encourage airflow and prevent water entry.

Purpose-made and pre-formed to guarantee reliable ventilation
Easy application, all that is needed is a 25mm diameter hole drilled out
Barbed body to ensure it securely fits into the drilled hole
Large low-level drainage hole
Outer flange offering a seamless and professional finish
Perfect for cavity ventilation and/or drainage is required to an external cavity wall
Designed with high airflow for venting timber framed buildings
Suitable for both high & low-level cavity wall ventilation & drainage applications

The Drill Vent by Timloc aids it multiple ways to the structural integrity of the building. It offers water-alleviating properties, which prevent mortar damage and leaks throughout the building. The other main benefit of this product is that it provides a ventilation airflow of 335mm², which helps combat condensation, which causes moisture to build up and then rot. It is crafted from polypropylene, which gives the product endless application as this material is naturally resistant to decay.
