The Timloc Mini Castellated Tile Vent has been crafted to provide excellent ventilation to your roofing attic space; it helps combat condensation and also can be connected to an adaptor, which opens more options for the Tile Vent; this is mechanical extraction and soil ventilation. Other features and benefits of this product include;

  • Free ventilation area of 5,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion

Mini Castellated Tile Vent by Timloc has been manufactured to an outstanding level; it has a naturally lightweight application due to it being made from polypropylene. It is also resistant to discolouration, which is achieved through a UV stabiliser coating along the top.
