Bond It Power Frost Premium Quality Concentrate Additive - 1L Pale Blue

The Bond It Power Frost facilitates all year-round construction endeavours by delivering a liquid formula to support the mortar/concrete mixtures from adverse weather conditions. Ideal against frost, this Power frost product increases the rate of hydration, accelerating the rate of curing and reducing the total volume of gauging water required.

With the final mortar/concrete becoming denser, this provides added protection against water and oil, if you mix this neat with Portland cement, you can use it to plug holes caused by pressure leaks.

Application

For mortar/render

1. Shake well before use
2. Add Power-frost to gauging water at a rate of 500ml (half a bottle) per 25Kg of cement

After laying the concrete/mortar, take precautionary steps to protect it from climatic conditions.

For plugging pressure leaks; 

1. Mix Power-frost neat with Portland cement to a putty-like consistency before pressing into the hole immediately. It will begin to cure within 2 to 5 minutes under normal weather conditions.
