Uses

The Mitre Fast Activator by Everbuild is perfect for individuals connecting mitre joints; the time saved with the activator enables you to complete a project in almost a fraction of the time it usually takes. This product is ideal for various surfaces such as;

• MDF
• PVCu
• Rubber
• Metal
• Wood
• Chipboard
• Plastics

Preparation

Remove all contaminants that can hinder this product's adhesion, including dust, dirt, grease and oil-similar impurities. Store the surfaces in a warm room, increasing their temperature, preventing a chilling glue line and extending curing times.

Application

This product should be used in conjunction with the mitre adhesive.

Apply the adhesive resin to one surface, spray the activator onto the other, and hold them together for about 10 seconds.

Limitations

• This product won't adhere well to greasy surfaces; remove the grease before starting applications.
• Not suitable for glass.
• This product is not ideal for constant immersion in water.
• Do not use this product on bitumen or tar-leaching products.
• Not suitable for load-bearing applications.
