The Timloc Castellated Tile Vent offers various benefits to a roofing system; it can be used just to provide air to the attic; alternatively, you can use an adaptor to connect the Tile Vent to a mechanical extractor or soil ventilation pipe.

  • Free ventilation area of 10,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion
