In roofing terms, a “flat roof” is any roof with a pitch of 10° or below.
There are a few systems for flat roofing. Though, EPDM roofing systems tend to take the crown.
Generally speaking, a flat roof should be cheaper than a pitched roof. However, this will all depend on size, product specification, and hourly rate of the roofer.
Flat Roofing

Acrypol
Acrypol is one of the most recognisable names in roofing. An extremely versatile waterproof paint, Acrypol can be applied with just an ordinary workman’s brush. This is all in addition to being waterproof while still allowing trapped water to escape – essentially Acrypol is one way waterproof. Cromapol

Liquid Rubber
