Generally speaking, a flat roof should be cheaper than a pitched roof. However, this will all depend on size, product specification, and hourly rate of the roofer.

Acrypol

Acrypol is solar reflective, requires only a single coat, can be applied regardless of the weather and will fill in cracks up to 10mm wide. Cromapol

Liquid Rubber
