450 Builders Silicone
Everflex 450 Builders Silicone is a premium quality low modulus non-corrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. It is commonly used for construction expansion joints and perimeter pointing of all door and window frames.
Lead Mate Sealant
Unlike mortaring lead flashing into stone or brick, Lead Mate Sealant creates a fully waterproof joint that won’t crack or shrink. It’s suitable for adhesion to metal and is ideal as an expansion joint sealant.
