IKO has cemented itself into a 3,500 individual employee size business, with 25 manufacturing plants across the world and providing roofing products to 96 separate countries. Alongside this vast growth, IKO is one of the few manufacturers who secured “vertical integration”. This means they have complete control of the manufacturing process, starting from collecting the resources to filtering and modifying them, then finally forging them into products and shipping them out.
