Everbuild 404 Fungicidal Wash – 1 Litre

Uses

The 404 Fungicidal Wash by Everbuild is the ultimate organic growth-eliminating product with a powerful formula that delivers superb results, removing any organic green growth present. It's suitable for interior and exterior use, with application surfaces like walls, floors, drives and roofs all acceptable areas. Applications this product has been used for include;

• Eliminating mould and fungal growth caused by dampness on internal and external floors and walls
• Deleting mould and fungal growth on the roof before coating it with bituminous coatings
• Removing lichen, green slime, algae, fungal and all other forms of organic growth from patios and drives

Preparation

Given the purpose of this product, not much preparation is required. We suggest that you remove debris, furniture and objects that prevent the 404 from accessing. Otherwise, you'll not remove all organic growth from the area.

Application

1. Do not mix this product as it is ready-to-use
2. Apply directly to the surface by brush or spray at a rate of 1 litre per 5-10m², depending on the porosity of the surface.
3. Allow the 404 to sit on the surface for at least 20 minutes.
4. Wash the surface down with water. Repeat the application if you still notice organic growth that still needs to be removed.

Limitations and Notes

• This product is ready to use and should not be diluted
• This product should only be used as specified: surface biocide.
