The HA6 RTV Silicone by Bond It is free from fungicides and oils, making it an excellent choice for bonding, bedding and sealing glass immersed in water. This makes the sealant ideal for use in aquariums, water tanks, windows and sinks.
This product also works to manufacture in-situ gaskets and seals for pumps and pipework to prevent water ingression, as well as a dust and weatherproofing seal for cabinets in dirty environments in external applications.

Preparation
Ensure you prepare all surfaces appropriately before using this product, to promote optimal adhesion. Remove all dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants that may affect the product performance. Prime porous surfaces, and metals other than anodised aluminium or stainless steel.
Application
- Apply using a standard sealant gun
- Cut the nozzle of the gun at a 45° angle, with the opening slightly larger than the joint to be filled
- Smooth the silicone with a silicone sealant tool, around 1-2 minutes after application. Clean any excess with white spirit.
