Circular Soffit Vents

The soffit refers to the join between the fascia and the wall, beneath the eaves of the roof. Like many other parts of the inside of your roof it needs to be looked after properly. If this area is not properly ventilated then the inside of the fascia can be affected by condensation and subsequently rot. With Circular Soffit Vents, you can make sure this vulnerable area is fully ventilated.

At ERoofing, we stock a full selection of Circular Soffit Vents in several colours. They are easier to install while the soffit is first being made, making them ideal for new builds. However, it’s still simple to install them even on existing roofs. The grill keeps out birds, squirrels and insects while abetting airflow. These should be spaced at 160mm apart around the soffit.
