The Timloc Single Pantile Tile Vent is an outstanding tile vent capable of providing efficient airflow to your attic in your roof; this helps combat condensation and prevent structural damage. It can be used with an adaptor, which enables further applications such as mechanical extraction and soil ventilation.

  • Free ventilation area of 5,000m²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised, top of the vent, offering resistance to discolouration
  • Manufactured from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion
