Timloc Single Pantile Roof Tile Vent delivers various outstanding properties due to its lightweight polypropylene material, it has an unnoticeable finish, replacing just a singular tile on the roof. More features that this product offers are;

  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille, this helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
