Uses
Pro 45P Superfast Wood Glue is excellent for use as a wood glue. This product has remarkable resilience to high humidity, water and general weathering. Perfect for bonding windows and door frames, this product also works well in corner connections, which is required to meet class D4 according to EN204.
Preparation
This product doesn't require any initial priming before the application. However, you must prepare the surface to achieve optimal adhesion. Complete this by removing contaminants such as dirt, dust, oil, grease and similar impurities.
The way the bonding properties of this product work is through the moisture in the air. Therefore, if you lightly spray the surface with water, it will accelerate the curing speed.
This product will bond to most surfaces, such as wood, concrete, stone and other common construction materials. Still, some plastics, such as PE, PTFE and PP, won't be compatible.
Application
- Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces using a fine-toothed comb or brush to spread the glue.
- Bring the two surfaces together within 5 minutes and clamp the surfaces together. It will take around 30 minutes for this product to cure fully.
